Quick tips on how to register for the new app

You will need:

Your customer number

This can be found on your invoice

Your email address

This will most likely be the email your invoices are currently sent to

Set up a password

This needs to be 8 characters.

The password include at least three of the following: Lowercase letters, Uppercase letters, Numbers, Symbol


FAQ’s

  • We’re introducing a new app to enhance your experience with improved functionality, easier self-service options and 24/7 account access anytime, anywhere.

  • Without the new app, you will need to call or email us for any account management or order queries, including orders.  To ensure uninterrupted LPG supply, we encourage you to download the new app.

  • You can download the new app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • You can access a web version of the app through the Rockgas Website.

  • If you are already a Rockgas customer, watch the video above and follow these steps to register for the app:

    1. Select Register for the app.

    2. Enter the email address associated with your account (the email to which your invoices are sent).

    3. A verification code will be sent to your email. Copy the verification code and enter it in the app.

    4. Create a unique password that contains at least 8 characters, including at least three of the following: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

    5. Enter your customer number, which can be found on your invoice.

    6. Once completed, your registration is successful, and you are good to go.

  • If you are using the app for the first time then you need to register before you can log in. Just select Register for the app and follow the steps to get started.

  • Just select Order bottled LPG and place your order for the number of bottles that you require.

  • To change or cancel an existing order, please contact us directly. This allows us to update your current order within our system correctly.

  • You can access your order history through the app by pressing the ‘Orders’ button.

  • You can edit your first name, last name, and phone number in the app by selecting Account button and then Personal details.

  • To view your locations and their details, select the Account button and then choose Locations within the app. Delivery instructions for each location can be edited as needed.

  • To update your delivery instructions, tap Account, select Locations, choose your location, press Edit, and make your changes.

  • Deliveries are scheduled so that your order will be placed for the next available delivery day in your area. If you have enabled delivery notifications, you will receive a notification the day before your order is scheduled to arrive. You cannot request a specific delivery day.

  • Select Remove location and follow the steps provided in the app.

  • If you need to contact us, please refer to the contact details provided in the app, by selecting the Account and then Contact. Select your preferred method by clicking on the appropriate option.

  • You can report issues or provide feedback through the app by selecting Account and then Report an issue. Once submitted, a member of our team will be in touch within two working days.

  • If you are seeing a message that your email address is wrong, and you are sure you have entered it correctly, you may be using a different email address to the one we have on file. The app looks at the email address stored against the Primary Account Holder on your account, so you may be trying to use a different email to the one we have on file. If you don’t know that email, give us a call so we can help.

Remember

The old app will no longer work. So remember to remove it from your device once you’ve got the new app registered and up and running.
